The Dorothy Dillon Eweson Lecture Series

Provides support to encourage investigators in the field of aging research to present findings at an annual scientific or medical specialty association meeting where aging-related research is not the primary focus.

Training

Antiretroviral Discovery, Evaluation and Application Research (ADEAR) Training Program

Post-doctoral training program in basic, translational, and clinical science in HIV. Training provided by University of Colorado (at Aurora, Boulder or Denver), Colorado State University and Denver University. Areas of research cover a wide range of HIV research areas including: basic virology, drug development, behavioral interventions, aging and comorbidities, models of care, and issues related to resource-limited settings. Medical Student Training in Aging Research (MSTAR) Program

This is an 8-12 week NIA National Training Center (NTC) provided program for MD or OD students who have completed at least one year of medical school by June 2021 to provide an Aging Research experience.
